package to Serguey

Today I went to send a package to Serguey with a birthday present for Victoria. I can't believe Fed Ex is $248 and they can't even gaurentee it will get their by her birthday on August 31. UPS was $198. Post office was on $38, so I sent it through them, it probably won't even make it there.
