Hope it isn't true

Today in FRUA internet group there is a discussion that Russia has halted adoptions temporarily as they reorganize MOE and they are not sending out Data Base letters which are needed for court. Normally I wouldn't write about rumors, but several agencies have posted notices about this one knows what is going on or how long they will be closed.
